  2. Schedule your program, selecting your preferred date and time.

  3. Fill out our booking form, then click Add to Cart.

  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for as many programs as you would like!

  5. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart (look for the shopping bag icon at the top of the page).

  6. Submit your booking request — and you’re all set!

Please note: All bookings are manually approved by Calgary Wildlife staff to ensure availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice for your order to pay online.

Did you know?

You can book more than one program on the same day! We recommend this whenever possible, as combining programs makes it easier for us to accommodate your group. It also helps reduce travel costs and lowers emissions from driving, which means your booking has an even bigger positive impact for wildlife.

Need something different?

Looking to book outside our regular hours? Have a tricky schedule, a large group, or special requirements? Send us a note at education@calgarywildlife.org — we’ll do our best to make it work for you!
