Service Description

Whooo wants to learn about owls? The Owls and Pellets program uses videos, pictures, and biofacts to help your group learn about owls in Alberta. How do owls hunt their prey? Are owls only active at night? Can they turn their head all the way around? Learn about this and more! This program is a HOOT! Students finish with an owl pellet dissection. Each program includes 30 pellets (for a class of 30); or additional pellets can be purchased at $5/pellet
